Is this the same company that harassed site editors who suggested that they WERE nothing more than vaporware?

Clinging to life... reminds me of a thing I read about Interplay a few weeks ago, they're still floating around in debt too, and hold the rights to a number of classic game franchises, preventing anyone from developing.
