ABIT Releases Intel 875 Chipset Motherboard: IC7-G MAX2 Advance

I got this email from Abit today:

After blowing away the competition with its unchallenged triumvirate of uber-overclockable 845 PE boards, the IT7 MAX2, BE7 series and BH7, ABIT has unleashed its long awaited MAX version for the Intel 875 chipset. The IC7-G Max2 Advance is the most fully featured mainboard ever created, hand crafted and ABIT Engineered to meld high-performance workstation stability and power with legendary ABIT performance and overclockability. The result is a creation truly ahead of its time, with features and specs never seen before in a desktop motherboard.
Only ABIT gives users a chance to experience a 1 Gig FSB and 1 Gig DDR memory overclock thanks to advanced ABIT Engineering. Designed with the enthusiast in mind, the IC7-G Max2 Advance has the ABIT Engineered features that tweaking–obsessed users demand for GigaOverclocking. Features like ABIT Softmenu™, the first BIOS interface of its kind, where CPU FSB range, DDR VCC adjustment range, FSB: AGP: PCI ratio, multiplier factor and CPU Core Voltage are all adjustable. Also included is Fan EQ, which intelligently and automatically adjusts CPU fan speed according to system load and temperature, and TweakGuard, which automatically restores your default BIOS settings after a failed overclocking attempt. And with an onboard 4-phase power solution, the IC7-G Max2 Advance is not only more stable for overclocking, it is ready for the next generation of CPUs that require more power. Other 875 boards use only 3 or even 2 phases of power and must be considered inadequately powered for both serious overclocking and future generations of CPUs.

In true MAX fashion, the IC7-G Max2 Advance comes fully loaded complete with ABIT Serillel2, which has been improved to support Hot-Plug functionality and ATAPI Devices, such as CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, allowing users to experience the advantages of cool, clean cases with all of their IDE devices! With Serillel2 and the SATA 150 RAID 0/1 controller by Silicon Image, only ABIT allows users to connect up to 8 Hard Disks at once! With on board Intel PRO/1000 CT Desktop Connection Gigabit LAN , ABIT IC7-G Max2 Advance users have overclocked LAN: Intel’s PRO Gigabit LAN increases throughput by 50%, with real-world gains of up to 30%. Optical SPDIF In/Out and 6 channel audio.
Only ABIT offers SPDIF In/Out for the ultimate in multimedia connectivity. Due to our extensive experience in audio technology with our speaker systems and AU-10 sound card, ABIT motherboards undergo rigorous testing at the ABIT Audio Research Laboratories in Taipei, Taiwan, ensuring that audiophiles and gamers alike will be satisfied with the richness and clarity of ABIT onboard audio. And, for the ultimate in connectivity to peripheral devices, the IC7-G comes complete with 3 Firewire ports and 8 USB2.0 ports!
