Athlon 64 scores 15000 3dmarks01 easily
Just spotted this at The Inquirer.net!
We always knew that the AMD processor could do much better than the appalling 3dmark 2001SE of 7913 and we were right. The Athlon 64 at 1.8 GHz this time, 200 MHz faster than the one we tested before, combined with a Radeon 9700 should give a Pentium 4 a run for its money. |

Yeah. I PM`ed Zardon a few days ago about this but for some reason he didnt post it. But just for general info even though it doesnt say 9700Pro the test was done with a 9700Pro. I know because I emailed the auther as we had a discussion about this on the toms hardware guide community forum. Now thats enough spamming for today.

well with a barton and a ti 4200 i am getting 12000... so i am not to impressed
