Thermaltake PurePower RX 600 Watt Modular Active PFC Power Supply Review @ Tweaknews

Review: Tweaknews.net
_________
It seems like the web is lousy with reviews of high-quality, high-watt (and high priced) power supplies. Maximum effort gamers and overclocking enthusiasts have a wide variety of PSUs to choose from. But what about the mid-range folks looking for a quality, feature-rich power supply that won't break the bank? Well, with the introduction of the RX series from Thermaltake, there are a couple of very nice products that address exactly this need. This time we have the Purepower RX 600W Cable Management PSU (W0144RU) up for review and it looks like a real winner for the enthusiast on a budget. As we'll see, it's got great specs, a rich feature set and is relatively easy on the wallet as well. Thermaltake offers the RX series power supplies in 450-, 500-, 550- and the 600-watt unit we'll be looking at this time out.
