Source: Email Press Release
_______________
Broenderslev, Denmark, September 5, 2007 –Asetek, the market leader of thermal management solutions for semiconductors, has named Gary Baum as a member of their board of directors. In this position, Baum will assist executive management with strategy and product direction.

Baum is a veteran executive in the semiconductor industry who has spent the last 25 years in various senior sales and marketing jobs at Intel, S3, Chip and Technologies and Advanced Micro Devices.

Some of Gary’s industry successes include being credited with creating AMD’s mobile processor business and driving revenues from $0 to $350M annually. While at Intel, Baum led the Intel 80386 field product planning committee and design win programs in the Intel Crush campaigns. He was also instrumental in the S3 Windows Accelerator Graphics definition and has worked in the embedded processor space, creating one of the first SOC components in the industry.

Gary intimately knows the target markets as well as the applications that Asetek’s solutions address. He is experienced in understanding customer’s needs and working with developing trends,” said Gregers Kronborg, Chairman of the board of Asetek and general partner at Northzone Ventures. “He is a welcomed asset to the board, and we are all looking forward to his insight.”

”Asetek is at the beginning of the market migration to liquid cooled computing, and we are excited to tap Gary’s vast base of experience as we lead in this change,” said André Sloth Eriksen, CEO and founder, Asetek. “He is a perfect addition to the board and will be a significant contributor during our period of rapid growth.”
