Comcast has punished some transgressors by cutting off their Internet service, arguing that excessive downloaders hog Internet capacity and slow down the network for other customers. The company declines to reveal its download limits.

I use PG2, not only because of torrents, but for blocking any IP I don't want. I don't want Shanghi University, or Dolland Water plant pingning my machine. You'd be shocked on what you see. I've had Chinese Military hit my pc as well. I keep it running at all times.

This is just silly. my internet has been the same speed for 6 years. 3rd world countries have better internet than america. ISP shouldnt make that big of a difference.
