The Fujifilm FinePix S6500FD was introduced at the end of 2006 for a MSRP of €370 ($500). Nowadays you can get this dSLR-like camera for €270 ($365), which is incredibly low if you see what it´s capable of.

Pretty nice but im still gonna wait for the Ricoh Caplio R7 (£230) which is released this month. 8.2 mega pixels and a 7.1 zoom in a super compact. Go look for it, it's an improvement on the already class leading R6 which can be picked up now for £160.
