iPod nano catches fire in Man's Pocket (?)

We've all seen plenty of Li-ion battery problems and recalls, such as the massive recent Nokia cell phone battery recall, and all the Sony laptop battery recalls. Most of these involve things like overheating of the battery, which can lead to fire. I've never, to this point, heard of an MP3 player catching fire, though.

Maybe they will have to recall it?

I guess it has to reach a % but who knows.

I still think this thing is either complete bull, or at the very least highly exaggerated. I mean.. the guy didn't get burned, and all his belongings, that being his pants (btw, he shows off his burnt pants, but not his shirt?), paper, and the iPod itself are hardly burned, yet the flames were coming up to his chest? And his 'theory' on why he didn't get burned was because of a piece of glossy paper in his pocket? Pa-lease!

I don't doubt there was a problem with it, but my guess is that the ipod was toasted and just some smoke came out of his pockets. If you look at the trousers' pocket it is not burned, just a bit...grey.
If flames were coming out of his pocket and up his chest then wouldn't at least the whole pocket be either burned or have a hole in it? Also, how did he pull it out if it was almost like an open flame? Unless I missed something, shouldn't he have burns on his hand?
