OCZ ATV Turbo 4GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive Review @ 3DXtreme

Source: 3DXtreme
_____________
OCZ has long been known for its high performance desktop memory however lately we’ve seen them branching out a bit. Today 3DXtreme is taking a look at their ATV Turbo USB Flash Drive. What makes this product so special? OCZ knows memory, there is no doubt about that but utilizing dual channel memory in a USB Flash Drive makes for a much more OCZ-like experience!

The ATV Turbo is available in different storage sizes; ours was a 4GB Flash Drive. This Flash Drive is even ReadyBoost enabled meaning Windows Vista user’s can gain a slight bit of performance by allowing the OS to cache files to the Flash Drive. I have personally tested my system with and without ReadyBoost and to be honest I saw no difference. Users with 512MB or less memory may notice some performance increases. Nothing can replace more system memory in a desktop computer however.
