In mid-November, Symantec released its "Top 5 Security-Menace Predictions for 2008." Perhaps it should have included itself.

For the third time in less than a year, Symantec security products have mis-identified Solid Oak Software's CYBERsitter program as malware (I will admit that as a parental control program, children and teens would probably agree with Symantec ... but I digress).
