This isn't actually 'shareware'. It's a 15-da time trial with timeout after 15 days. Just to make it clear.

You're right, this particularly download is a demo, but they've always classified the product itself, which I was referring to as Shareware in the past (I mean, Nero). Perhaps they've hit the big time enough to forego that, though.
