Codename Dashboard 1.1 Beta 10

After Codename Dashboard Beta 9 was released to the public last week it got a whole lot of downloads and same as for bug reports. Most of these bug reports were minor bugs but only a few major ones. The coders over at snpsoftware got right to into fixing them. It did not take them much time before it was all done. According to one of the Main Codename Dashboard Coders Danny Smurf It is said that

Working on Dashboard these people have brought a lot of the memory cusumtion of it down from about 40 mb to nearly around 8 mb. If you use different components then it might be a little higher or lower but thats the average.

Changes In this Beta:

-PIMSXML 2.0 won’t install bug fixed

-Error handling added for single component initialization

-Slideshow no longer defaults to My Docs/My Pictures if it’s not there

-Extra error handling for NullReferenceExceptions added to Slideshow

-News Aggregator won’t minimize bug fixed

-WMP9 auto-video fixed

-Email checker random crash bug (hopefully) fixed

-Memory usage DRASTICALLY reduced

-Multi-user capabilities fixed
