Intel 'undermined' laptop project

Source: BBC News
________________
Intel repeatedly undermined a not-for profit scheme to bring cheap laptops to children in the developing world, the head of the charity has told BBC News.

Nicholas Negroponte accused Intel, which makes a rival PC, of underhand sales tactics and trying to block contracts to buy his machines.

laptop project , made beyond unresaonable demands of intel demanding they stop all
sales of value pcs includeing intel systems, thier w/asuses value line so that they could have
the market further opended for thier pc. Wich is them dictating intel what to do... and for
them to loose millions? Thats why intel left their program and was a sponcer/partner

How dare Negroponte accuse a fine, upstanding, extremely ethical company like Intel of doing anything even remotely underhanded.

Those weasels at Intel would sell their grandmothers to houses of prostituiton if they thought they could make a few pennys doing it.

Why doesn't that suprise me...especially since the OLPC uses an AMD designed processor?

Intel execs should rot in hell.
