Nokia found people who would do the same work for them much cheaper and made the logical move. And it's not like they are a German company, so there was no reason for them to be sentimental. Of course, those who lost their jobs are not too happy about the whole thing, but the parties probably only see this as a way to score some easy political points and are merely being practical, just like Nokia did.

Of course, this is hard for them and their families, but it's not like Nokia is "an evil corporation". The mobile phone market is extremely competitive and the companies are doing what they can to remain profitable, so when they found people who would do the same work for literally a fraction of the price, moving was the rational choice.
