Voice chat in online games is everywhere these days. If you have an Xbox 360, it's in literally every game with online multiplayer (and you can voice chat outside of games, just for safe measure). It's in most of the PS3 games with online modes. But PCs started this business back in the days of dial-up modems, and its prominence has only grown since then.
