For most people the iPhone was an investment. At $400 it is not a cheap phone so you want to protect it. With the popularity of the iPhone there are a ton of cases out there, but what case will really protect your iPhone. We took a look at the Otterbox for iPod Nano a while ago and it provided ultimate protection, so we were excited when Otterbox announced an iPhone case. The defender case is not as extreme as it is not fully waterproof, but it does offer much more protection than many other cases out there.
