So Microsoft, Why Can't I Get Windows Vista SP1?

Windows Vista SP1 is now available, but not everyone can get it. That includes me, at least on my Dell Inspiron M1710. You'll recall that Microsoft isn't going to offer SP1 via Windows Update to anyone who has a "problematic driver."

But I couldn't figure out why my M1710 was excluded.

I think the title of the article is wrong.

It should have been.."So Dell, why did you sell me a POS, and not make driver upgrades available?"

I guess he thinks it gives him a bigger e-penis if he blames Dells problem on "The Great Satan od Computing".

It's Microsoft that doesn't all the installation of SP1. They least it could do during installation is to inform the user exactly WHY it doesn't install it. I think the article is ok.
Of course it is not Microsoft's fault that SP1 doesn't install, but it is Microsoft's fault that it doesn't inform the user as to why.
