OCZ Vendetta 2 CPU Cooler

There are a lot of heatsink/fans out there these days. Lately, I've had more than a few people come up to me and ask me what the best one was, and I couldn't come up with a solid answer. When I think about CPU cooling, a few all-star brand-names come to mind: Thermalright Noctua, Tuniq, Zalman... and the list goes on. It's hard to pick just one, and depending on the user, different coolers take the advantage. One thing is for sure, though, and it's that OCZ Technoligy is not one of those companies that come to mind.
