"Roccat are a European based gaming company which provide lush and stylish gaming peripherals. Ranging from mouse mats, mice and of course keyboards. We first met Roccat at Ceebit 2008 with their impressive stand. But today we have something special. Roccat have been kind enough to send us a review sample of their Roccat Sense mouse mat which we previewed at Ceebit. So now we have actually had the time to give this bad boy a test to see how well it fares in the massive market of today’s gaming mouse mats.
Sense comes packaged in a tall tube like container which reminds me of a tennis ball container. It’s got an expensive feel to it all. The SENSE mouse mat is approximately 400 x 280mm which is quite large compared to some other standard mats. So those of you with small desks may find it a bit of a job fitting it in. On one side you have an impressive design, you can one of two designs. On the reverse side of the mouse mat is layered rubber which completely halts any movement on the desk. It’s quite clever because no one likes a mouse mat that slides around on your desk! "
