Noctua is no stranger to anyone looking for a premium quality cooler designed to battle temperatures and at the same time keeping noise to a minimum. Not so long ago Noctua released the NH-C12P heat pipe cooler which has a total of 6 heat pipes, their newly designed NF-P12 fan with cut in blades that reduce noise. Let's see what this cooler has to offer and what to make of it.
