Build a Green Roof

Now that even Wal-Mart has started putting solar panels on its roof, shouldn't you take a look at what's on your own? Consider installing a living or green roof. Plants on your roof can reduce your heating and cooling bills and protect your house's waterproofing. That's /in addition/ to all the other good things, like cleaning air, filtering water and providing a feast for your senses.
