There are numerous ways to move your data from one location to another. And there are just as many ways of backing up your data to protect it for years to come. One of the more popular ways to accomplish the two is to build your own portable drives. Most of the time we have an extra drive or two laying around to help us get started. That leaves us with only needing an enclosure to protect the drive. Over the last few years we have reviewed several enclosures from many different companies.

I'm surprised to say that the leather version looked really neat. These drives don't produce much heat either so there's some temperature headroom for styling.
