Warp2Search Status

Howdy Fellowers,

I thought it was time for an Update. Our ISP provider www.grafics.nl is currently moving their offices and server locations to Amsterdam. Until the move is completed and the servers reassembled and connected to the backbone lines our site will remain offline unfortunately.

We have been told that this may be completed as early as this evening, May 27th CET. However there were also reports that the movers were quite rough to the hardware

. I hope that nothing is damaged and that the database remains intact.

I will keep you updated.

Speaking of news, don't forget that nVidia is having itself a genuine press conference later today.

Was begining to get worried there. My fix of Warp has not been met! Hope you guys get it up soon, thought for an awful moment yous were having the same bother as Neowin and that little 12 year old shitehawk!!

Hi All

As you all know Our ISP provider www.grafics.nl is currently moving their offices and server locations to Amsterdam. and in the move our server got damaged , the movers broke the mainboard on the server and as I am writing this, there replacing the board!

Warp2search.net will be back this evening

I was beginning to worry too. W2S has to be one of the most comprehensive tech news sites I've ever been to. I always find the latest news there.

F***! What morons are working there in the Netherlands?

Also our 'beloved' server admin has no clue what's going on there. If things are not

fixed by the end of today someone will have to get down there and seriously kick butt.

Man, I am p***** off, to say the least. I suspect that this is not all there is to it.

Maybe they threw away our harddisk as well??!???! Gimme a nuke then

Seriously, this 9700 Pro is just freaking INCREDIBLE!!! I'm still just blown away by it and I swear my mouth still hangs open and I damn near weep at how beautifully it makes Bubbles run games!

I see that the W2S main page has the "apache has been sucesfully installed" message... I sure hope the database wasn't lost and you guys need to restart from the beggining.

Its a shame when things happen beyond your control!! Last week my backbone to the internet (cable & wirelless) called and told us that they were closing all small acounts. Damm we spent over quarter of million last year but thats not enough. So I have to give all my websites a new IP including the mail which means the MX record too. If anybody knows what im talking about then they know the work ahead of me. We have over 350+ websites including mail and MX records.

OK, I just got off the phone. Our server is currently beeing setup. Installing Apache / PHP / Adserver etc.

No data loss occured (as of now). So expect us to be back today.

Gotta catch up.
