Smokie Bears ordered to comply or be shut down

DON'T OFTEN GET to my home town these days but was there just last week. Where my rather highly placed friend Jim whispers to me that a major investigation is underway after the Nevada Highway Patrol petitioned regulatory US body the FCC to "grandfather" their unlicensed frequencies into licensed frequencies.
