And what do you get if you strip the Google garbage from Chrome?

You get Iron - SRWare - Iron web browser, (English)

Chrome versus Iron - SRWare - Iron versus Chrome, watch out for Google's spying
Iron is built with the later Webkit as used by Safari, though Chrome may be fixed now.
