Kazaa says they don't put Spyware in their appplication
Kazaa's New: "'No Spyware' Policy" mentions,
"The certified Kazaa Media Desktop (KMD) software is provided by Sharman Networks and made available on Kazaa.com or Download.com and it contains NO spyware.
