Interesting. If you try to download 9.0.9.4c it says you must use Nero CleanTool to remove the old release of 9 (which 9.0.9.4 without the c). If you download from the Trial area it has no such message.

If this is the case,it looks like i will be avoiding any nero 9X utilities.I prefer the simple style they used to use previously.

just what i wrong with updating to the latest version.Another way to try to combat warez i suppose.

Well, I downloaded both (just to get closer to my Comcast cap) trial and support binaries, and they are identical, so why do you need to use CleanTool for one and not the other?
