iBUYPOWER announces Paladin F-Series gaming line with Core i7 CPUs

November 12, 2008 – iBUYPOWER, known for its innovative and award-winning gaming PCs, is excited to launch its new Intel® Core™ i7 processor-based gaming systems – the Paladin F-Series. The three units come housed in the Cooler Master HAF case or can be customized to fit the users’ individual tastes. The Paladin F860-a and F860-n will feature the Intel Core-i7 940 processor, while the Paladin F970 will run on the most powerful processor ever designed - the Intel Core-i7 965 processor Extreme Edition. Can someone elaborate or is this a typo???

Either way they look like some nice systems but what about a monitor and speakers? I mean you are paying nearly $4000 and don't get a monitor or speakers, and they are probably including a generic Logitech optical mouse and keyboard that costs $20 bucks.

On the RAM was wondering myself I think they meant 3x4G these are sent to me by email and a typo is quite possible.

In either case a link to the thread has been sent to Mark Olson as well as your questions and concerns I will feedback any replies from him

EDIT: That system does have 12G I think the breakdown is just wrong Mark is checking ...
