NetCaptor 7.2.0 Released

NetCaptor can best be described as a custom browser application. NetCaptor is a standalone application that uses services provided by Microsoft Internet Explorer to render and navigate HTML. NetCaptor currently requires Internet Explorer 4/5 to be installed on the client computer in order to function. NetCaptor runs under Windows 95, 98, NT4, ME, 2000 and XP and requires that IE is installed (though you don't have to use it).

Fixes:
*Fixed problem where NetCaptor would calculate its fullscreen size incorrectly.
*Fixed minor issue with toolbars not getting restored to correct position on restart.
