iLife '09 Available on Jan. 27: Apple
Announced earlier this month at Macworld, iLife '09 is set to ship on January 27th, according to an Apple press release.

I think you are getting confused DJ, 10.5.6 has been out for weeks. been running it on my macs at home since it was launched start of the year. Snow Leopard will be 10.6...
