Nvidia files countersuit against Intel

Nvidia has announced that it has filed a countersuit in the Court of Chancery in the State of Delaware against Intel for breach of contract. The action also seeks to terminate Intel's license to Nvidia's patent portfolio.

I'm not surprised with this, but you'd think both companies were run by children. Intel sues Nvidia saying they can't play with their new toy, which Intel claims they never game them permission to do so. So, Nvidia has a hissy fit, counter-sues Intel to stop them from playing with Nvidias toys even though they said Intel could. So childish.
