I know there are some bloggers who would like to charge people for leaving comments on their posts.

what is truly silly is that peeps will give facebook money for this crap & of course peeps will try harder to 'earn' more points. self propigating money machine.
im sure somebody got a hefty bonus for that $$ making idea(tis a good one)

I'll rather take a friend for a drink for $10-20 than give $1 for these "credits", but yes, I can see how some people will go for this. And generally, it is the right way to get rich, by taking just a little bit of money from a large number of people.
