GM and Segway to Team on "PUMA"

General Motors has teamed with Segway, maker of the upright, two-wheeled, self-balancing scooters, to build a new type of two-wheeled vehicle designed for congested urban streets. The name of the project is PUMA, for Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility.
