Tracking—and separating—the hype from the swine flu outbreak

The Department of Homeland Security and the World Health Organization have both issued dire-sounding pronouncements regarding the ongoing swine flu outbreak, but these declarations are largely intended to mobilize resources to track the virus' spread.

They really gotta come up with an appropriate name for this as swine flu is causing a lot of confusion, and hysteria in relation to this virus and pork. Couple suggestions:

Mexiflu
Spanish Flu Mk.2
¡Ándale! ¡Ándale! ¡Arriba! ¡Arriba! Flu
Que vinieron de Mexico Flu

this was instigated so the more they can confuse it... the better for them.
