Second Swedish ISP decides to nuke IP address logs

Tele2 has decided to skirt a new Swedish law that allows the courts to force ISPs to turn over user data. How? By not keeping user data at all. This is the second Swedish ISP to do so in recent weeks, though they might not be able to keep it up for long.

re: Second Swedish ISP decides to nuke IP address logs

I don't think ANY ISP should keep logs. I wish the U.S. providers would do the same and tell the government to get bent. I don't like big brother being able to find out your every move, etc. It's communism.
