Why are they using the 8.60 driver for the ATI cards when comparing with the Nvidia cards? Unless I am mistaken, isn't that driver like, old?

The more I read that techspot review the more I laugh. When ATI cards are ahead he finds some excuse for the nvidia cards, or says it is a draw...when Nvidia cards are ahead, it talks about things like destroying, obliterating and/or other nonsense.
