i find this rather stupid ..

they've developed something that is now thinner then the actual cable connectors that you use to plug into the damn thing.. meaning they have now started focusing on something as trivial and stupid as how thin can you go, when they should be more concerned about resolution/image quality.

Samsungs latest LED based LCD tvs sacrificed alot of quality in the tv to get it thin, there previous initial consumer LED lcd tv is superior to that of their new ones.
