Although Microsoft quietly delivered Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (SP2) to TechNet and MSDN subscribers last week, the company has still has not made the upgrade available to other users.

i find it amusing that Microsoft win7 has received the vista SP2 update before vista itself..

don't beleive me... look at the "capability mode list"

Sad thing is the full version is doing the rounds alreay on the torrent sites

just release it and be done with it
