Is it late summer already? Having previously promised the Mojo webOS SDK would go up for general availability by the end of the season, Palm went live with a public download site Thursday. Did it simply finish early, or was its hand forced by a June leak? Either way, devs can now begin creating third-party apps for the Pre, a vital component to any chance the smartphone has for success.
