Just how expensive will NVIDIA's Ion platform be? Samsung's Ion-based N510 netbook suggests that the chipset will carry a hefty price premium that could well kill its appeal in budget devices.

I don't mind the $50 premium. The use of a limited DX9-only version will however make me stay away.
