Eidos signs deal with Sapphire Technology

SAPPHIRE TECHNOLOGY Limited - a supplier of ATI-based graphics products - have signed a deal with Eidos that will have the Sapphire Atlantis and Atlantis Pro graphics cards shipped with the newest addition to Eidos' Tomb Raider series.

The Granny of Gaming, Lara Croft, will have her new game bundled with Sapphire's ATI Radeon 9600 and 9800 series Atlantis and Atlantis Pro models in an attempt to deliver the "ultimate gaming experience", or some other similar malarkey.

As the press release says, "the adventures of Lara Croft have wide appeal, and the high quality, resolution and speed of Sapphire’s ATI-based graphics solutions will ensure that this latest release from EIDOS is enjoyed to the maximum by enthusiasts taking advantage of this exciting bundle."

Will enthusiasts find this bundle exciting and enjoyable? Well, only time will tell.
