Movies: Buffy Chaos Bleeds

VU Games has released several new movies for Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds, showcasing this upcoming 3rd person action-adventure sequel in the works at Eurocom. Each movie offers a few seconds of gameplay footage, this time focusing on Xander, one of the six playable characters from the game. Buffy Chaos Bleeds comes out August 26th for PS2, Xbox and GC.

Based on one of the hottest television shows, this 3rd-person fighting adventure game delivers the same intense action, characters, and humor that created a massive following. Developed as a lost episode from the show, the original story begins when Buffy and friends discover a dreaded enemy from the past is at the center of a great struggle with The First- the ultimate incarnation of evil. They must face an undead army of terrifying vampires, zombies, and demons to keep these hellions from casting the world into permanent darkness.

With involvement from the show's creator, sanctioned Buffy writers, and voiceovers by numerous cast members, Buffy the Vampire Chaos Bleeds features intense action in an authentic Buffy universe with 6 playable characters from the show, an advanced fighting engine allowing over slayer 100 moves & combinations, loads of new and familiar characters and environments, multiplayer action for up to 6 people, and tons of DVD-style extras.

I damn near bought an X-box to play the first one on! (Luckily my sister did before I did, I'm borrowing it when she's thru.

) I hope it comes out for PC, but I already know I can get it on GC.
