Europe OKs Google's $12.5B Motorola Mobility deal

Google's $12.5 billion acquisition of cellphone maker Motorola Mobility has won the approval of European antitrust regulators, moving Google a major step closer to completing the biggest deal in its 13-year history.

I'm surprised they went after Motorola Mobility, rather than Samsung Mobile. On the flip side, Motorola don't make a lot of TVs, cameras, laptops and such forth. They also separated their mobile phones/tablets from the rest of the company.
