Silent Hill 3 ships

As expected, Konami of America, Inc. announced that Silent Hill 3 has shipped to North American retailers for the Playstation 2. In Silent Hill 3, players take on the role of a teenage girl named Heather Morris who must explore the haunted town and unravel the mysteries that tie her to the god-forsaken place. The latest installment of Konami's horror series will ship with a free bonus soundtrack CD. An enhanced PC version will follow in October 2003.

Silent Hill 3 continues the series' trademark brand of psychological horror and terrifying gameplay. As a teenage girl named Heather, players must explore and unravel the mysterious connection between the god-forsaken town and her inner fears. With enhanced graphical detail, a more complex storyline, and even more grotesque monsters than the previous games, Silent Hill 3 promises to be the best horror adventure ever.

Sweet! Can't wait for the PC version.

Yes much sweet. I hope they fix the issues with 2 on the PC. Like the fact that it doesn't have analogue buttons. It really bothers me when I cant to the more harder hitting attacks on the PC... or at least cant discern how too.

Plus the whole AA issue. Though quite a few games seem to have this problem.
