Global 256Mbit DRAM output up 2.4% in July

According to DRAMeXchange, global output of 256Mbit DRAM increased 2.4% month-on-month to 255.30 million units in July. South Korea maintained a comfortable lead over the rest of the world at 114.55 million units, while runner-up Taiwan increased its output 2.9% from June with July output of 51.50 million units.
