Omega/Plutonium XK1.1.07 for Win2K/XP

Well I released them today. For Windows 2000 and XP, based on the 6107 driver set. Fixed install issues and did a couple D3D/OGL tweaks.

File is in RAR format to minimize file size.

Just installed them on my 7500, and so far everything has been smooth, I tried out SOF2 and there were some weird artifacts in the white smoke.

and the only other game I play lately, Warcraft 3 runs great
