No prob, Don't you agree with the volumetric shadows though? Maybe my video card is messed up or something, but I see fragmented shadoes on the charactors in the game. Do you see those too, or are the shadows you see all smooth and rounded off? I am definately going to take a screenshot to show you what mine look like, so you can tell me if that is what you see. I got a 9700pro- w/ cat3.7's-- so they should look the same.

I think I remember UR2's shadows being pretty nice in the demo- I'll have to look again.

yep bmx volumetric looks like complete shit... i put it to simple. i think thats an issue with the jk2 quake engine. and taking off dynamic glow helps a HUGE amount. now i get 120 fps constant at 1024x768 with 4x fsaa/16x anisotropic filtering.
