Athlon 64 3200+ and MSI K8T NEO-FIS2R+ seen in Japanese retail

Next weekend several Japanese shops at once are to start sales of kits including Athlon 64 with cooler and motherboard.

According to provisional information, they'll be selling Athlon 64 3200+ (2GHz) with MSI's K8T800-based K8T NEO-FIS2R+ Socket 754 mobo.

The price will be ¥75800-77500 ($630-645). Traders allow reservation as the amount of such kits is limited. By the way, the motherboard will be available separate as well for about ¥18500 ($155).

No one still can say anything sensible about Athlon 64 3200+ pricing, however it's expected to be around the price of Athlon XP 3200+.
