While some web-sites over the World Wide Web removed pictures of graphics cards based on NVIDIA NV38 Graphics Processing Units due to reminder from NVIDIA about NDA violation, the man himself, Mr. Jen-Hsun Huang – the CEO of NVIDIA – was seen with an NV38-based graphics card in his hands at Computex Taipei 2003.
