Default Post First Radeon 9000 & 9000 PRO WHQL Drivers Released!!!

Well it seems like it has been confirmed that the RV250 will be called the Radeon 9000 and 9000 PRO (the difference being the core and memory speeds). Sapphire Technologies have posted a new driver for the RV250. They are based off the 6102 set (7.73.3) and are WHQL certified. The download weighs in at about 35MB and it includes the Control Panel, Driver Files, Hydravision and WDM files for XP, 2K and 9x.

To take a look at the file if interested, click HERE

I always found it strange that Sapphire seems to get new drivers for new products before anybody else. I guess ATI likes them.

There is a french proverb saying stuff like : Never trade the bear's fur before you kill it.
I find it very odd to post drivers for something that doesn't exist yet, to the general public at least
